Unfortunately we don't allow for any refunds at this time.
What is your Exchange Policy?
Exchanges are available if it's due to your order arriving with damaged product(s).
If you receive your order and there are damages, please send us an email with your order number, damage description and clear pictures of the damaged item(s) within 48 hrs of you receiving your order (after the delivery date) to: info@snazzietees.com.
Example:
Subject: Damaged Order #000000
Content: Description of damage with clear images attached.
Following this, we will confirm or deny the refund/exchange request based on the images you send. We will respond to your request within 3 business days.
If the damages are legitimate we will send you the same item to the address on the original order.
Important Information:
After the 48hrs we cannot consider refunds & exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying all duties where they is applicable.
